Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to Fynvro Web (“Fynvro Web”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a web design and AI assistant service operated by Fynvro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17287290), registered office 318 Barking Road, London, E13 8HL.

We are the data controller for personal data collected through the Fynvro Web website (web.fynvro.com) and during our work with clients.

Contact for privacy matters: support@fynvro.com

2. What data we collect

From website visitors and enquiries:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and any message you send via our contact form, our website assistant, or WhatsApp
  • Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) and cookies (see Section 7)

From clients during a project:

  • Business details, content, images, logos, and materials you provide for your website
  • Login credentials or access you grant us to third-party services (hosting, domains, etc.)
  • Any information needed to build and configure your website or AI assistant

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
  • To deliver the web design and AI assistant services you engage us for
  • To communicate with you about your project
  • To process payments and keep business records
  • To provide ongoing support (including under an AI Care Plan, if subscribed)
  • To comply with our legal obligations

4. Lawful basis

We rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver services to clients), legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and run our business), consent (for any marketing communications), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

5. Who we share your data with

We share data only as needed to deliver our service:

  • Subcontracted developers and designers — we work with trusted subcontractors who may be located outside the UK, including outside the EEA. They access only what is necessary to build your website and are bound by confidentiality.
  • Hosting providers — to host your website and our own.
  • Email and communication services — to send and receive messages.
  • Payment processors — to handle payments.
  • AI service providers — where an AI assistant is part of your project, or where you use the assistant on our own website, to power its functionality.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

6. The assistant on this website

If you use the assistant in the corner of this website, what you type is sent to our server and on to our AI provider in order to produce an answer. We keep a record of the questions asked and the answers given, so we can improve what the assistant knows. That record is stored against a one-way reference rather than your IP address, and your IP address is not stored.

Please do not type anything confidential or sensitive into it. If you want to tell us something private, use the contact form or email us.

7. International data transfers

Some of our subcontractors and service providers are located outside the UK and EEA. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or transfers to countries with a UK adequacy decision.

8. Cookies

The Fynvro Web website uses essential cookies and similar storage for basic functionality. If we use analytics cookies, we will tell you and seek consent where required. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. How long we keep your data

  • Enquiry data: up to 2 years from last contact, unless you become a client
  • Client project data and records: for the duration of the project plus 6 years (UK tax and accounting requirements)
  • Materials you provided: returned or deleted on request after project completion, subject to the above
  • Assistant conversation records: up to 12 months

10. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise these, contact us at support@fynvro.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
