Yes. Once it is launched and paid for, the website is yours — code, content and domain. The AI assistant is separate: it runs on our systems as part of the Care Plan, so if you leave the plan the website carries on working and the assistant stops.

The three prices on the pricing page are starting prices, and the final figure depends on how many pages and how much is involved. You get the number in writing before anything begins, and you never pay more than the number you agreed.

A Starter Website is live in 14 days from the day we have your content — your text, photos and logo. The clock starts then, not at the first phone call, because we cannot build a site around words nobody has written yet. The AI packages take longer and we give you a date at quote stage.

You get 30 days of free support to fix anything that comes up. After that you can stay self-managed, or move onto the AI Care Plan at £45/month for hosting, AI running costs, monthly updates and ongoing support.

It helps if you have rough text and any photos, but we guide you through it and write or polish the copy where it is needed. Most people send us something messy and we turn it into pages.

Hosting is included for your first month, on our server, so nothing is waiting on you at launch. After that it is part of the AI Care Plan, or we move the site onto your own hosting.

Two rounds on the design mockup, then a final pass after the build. We would rather get it right than rush it. Changes beyond the agreed scope get quoted separately so there are no surprises.

Whichever suits you, and one question decides it: do you want to change your own text and prices, or would you rather send changes to us? If you want to edit it yourself, WordPress. If you are happy for us to handle it, a hand-built site is faster, more secure and cheaper to run. We also work with Shopify for shops.

Yes. Start with a Starter Website and add the chatbot or the custom assistant whenever you are ready. Nothing has to be rebuilt to do it.

A hand-built site is a folder of files — we zip it and hand it over. A WordPress site moves across with its database in one package. Either way it is usually under an hour and we help you do it. We are not going to hold your website hostage.
