The four steps
Free discovery call
Twenty minutes. What the business does, what is not working, what you actually need. If a website is not the answer we will tell you — sometimes it is a Google listing and a phone that gets answered.
Design mockup
You see it before it is built. Two rounds of changes at this stage, because changing a picture is quick and changing a built site is not.
We build it
The site, and the assistant if it is included. Tested on real phone sizes, every link clicked, the contact form sent to make sure it arrives.
Launch, then 30 days close by
We put it live and stay available for the first month to fix anything that surfaces. After that, self-managed or on the Care Plan — your choice, no pressure either way.
Projects run late for one reason
It is almost never the building. It is waiting for the content — the text, the photos, the logo, the list of services with the right prices on it.
That is why the 14 days starts the day we have your content, not the day you say yes. We are not going to promise you a date that depends on something we do not control.
If writing it is the bit you are dreading, say so on the call. We write and polish copy as part of the job. Most people send us something messy and we turn it into pages.
What we need from you
- Your text, or notes we can turn into text
- Photos and your logo, if you have them
- Your services and the prices you want shown
- Opening hours, areas covered, policies
- Feedback at the two review points
- Access to your domain, if you already have one

How payment works
50% to start
A deposit before work begins. Your slot is booked when it arrives.
50% on completion
The balance before the site goes live and the files are handed over.
Care Plan monthly
If you take it, £45/month in advance, cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Fynvro Ltd is not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add to these prices today. Full detail is in the Terms of Service.
