About online shops
Three weeks from the day we have your product details and photos. Week one is the design, week two is your products and checkout, week three is the assistant, testing and launch. The clock starts when we have everything, because waiting for photos and prices is what usually slows a shop down.
You do. Checkout runs on your own Stripe account, so payments go straight to your bank. We never see or hold your customers’ card details. We help you set up the Stripe account if you do not have one.
There is no platform subscription. You pay for hosting and your domain, and Stripe takes its card processing fee on each sale. The Care Plan, which covers the assistant’s running costs, updates and support, is optional and starts from £49 a month.
Yes, as many as you like. Every Fynvro Shop comes with its own Shop Admin, where you add and edit products, prices, photos and sizes, change your homepage and pages, and see your orders and sales, without touching any code. Prefer us to do it? Send us the details and we will add them.
