Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern the web design and AI assistant services provided by Fynvro Web, operated by Britbunt Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14493528) ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services or paying a deposit, you ("the client", "you") agree to these Terms.

2. Our services

Fynvro Web provides website design and build services, and optional AI assistant (chatbot) setup, as described on our website and in the quote provided to you. The specific deliverables, tier, and price for your project will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Quotes and pricing

• Prices are as set out on our website or in your written quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Prices are in GBP. We will tell you if VAT applies.
• Each tier includes a defined scope. Work beyond the agreed scope ("out-of-scope work") may be quoted separately and is not included in the original price.

4. Payment terms

• A deposit of 50% is payable before work begins. Work is scheduled only once the deposit is received.
• The remaining balance is payable on completion, before the website goes live or final files are handed over.
• Recurring services (such as the AI Care Plan) are billed monthly in advance.
• Late or non-payment may result in work being paused and, for recurring services, suspension of the service.

5. Project process and timelines

Our typical process is: discovery, design, build, and launch with a defined support period. Estimated timelines (for example, 14 days for a Starter Website) begin once we have received your deposit and all content and materials needed to start. Delays in providing content, feedback, or access may extend the timeline.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide content, images, text, branding, and any other materials needed for the project in a timely manner
• Provide timely feedback at agreed review points
• Ensure you have the rights to use all content and materials you provide to us
• Provide access to any accounts (hosting, domain, etc.) where needed

We are not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete materials, feedback, or access.

7. Revisions

Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revision rounds, or changes beyond the agreed scope, will be quoted separately.

8. Intellectual property and ownership

• On full and final payment, ownership of the completed website design and content created specifically for you transfers to you.
• Until full payment is received, all work remains our property.
• We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Third-party components (themes, plugins, fonts, libraries, stock assets) remain subject to their own licences.
• You retain ownership of all materials and content you provide to us.

9. Subcontractors

We may use subcontracted developers and designers to deliver your project. We remain your point of contact and remain responsible for the delivery of the agreed services.

10. Third-party services

Websites and AI assistants may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, and AI providers. These are subject to the third parties' own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or pricing changes of third-party services.

11. AI Care Plan (if subscribed)

The AI Care Plan is an optional monthly subscription covering hosting, AI running costs, agreed updates, and support as described on our website. It is billed monthly in advance, and either party may cancel with 30 days' notice. On cancellation, ongoing hosting and AI services covered by the plan will stop at the end of the paid period.

12. Cancellation and refunds

• If you cancel a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable, and any out-of-scope or completed work to date is chargeable.
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed services, we will refund payments for work not completed.
• Recurring services can be cancelled as set out in Section 11.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the total fees paid by you for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, or business. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

14. Warranties

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Beyond this, services are provided "as is". We do not warrant that a website will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will achieve any particular business result.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you engage us applies to your project. The current version is always posted on this page.
