This Privacy Policy applies to Fynvro Web ("Fynvro Web", "we", "us", "our"), a web design and AI assistant service operated by Britbunt Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14493528), registered office 532A Barking Road, E13 8QE.

We are the data controller for personal data collected through the Fynvro Web website (web.fynvro.com) and during our work with clients.

2. What data we collect

From website visitors and enquiries:

• Name, email address, phone number, and any message you send via our contact form or WhatsApp
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) and cookies (see Section 7)

From clients during a project:

• Business details, content, images, logos, and materials you provide for your website
• Login credentials or access you grant us to third-party services (hosting, domains, etc.)
• Any information needed to build and configure your website or AI assistant

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
• To deliver the web design and AI assistant services you engage us for

• To provide ongoing support (including under an AI Care Plan, if subscribed)

We rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver services to clients), legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and run our business), consent (for any marketing communications), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

5. Who we share your data with

We share data only as needed to deliver our service:

• Subcontracted developers and designers — we work with trusted subcontractors who may be located outside the UK, including outside the EEA. They access only what is necessary to build your website and are bound by confidentiality.
• Hosting providers — to host your website and our own.
• Email and communication services — to send and receive messages.
• Payment processors — to handle payments.
• AI service providers — where an AI assistant is part of your project, to power its functionality.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

6. International data transfers

Some of our subcontractors and service providers are located outside the UK and EEA. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or transfers to countries with a UK adequacy decision.

8. How long we keep your data

• Enquiry data: up to 2 years from last contact, unless you become a client
• Client project data and records: for the duration of the project plus 6 years (UK tax and accounting requirements)
• Materials you provided: returned or deleted on request after project completion, subject to the above

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent.
